Crimson red with brilliant clarity this wine blends the noble Cabernet Sauvignon; a little restrained and reserved with cassis fruits and firm structure with boisterous Shiraz; full of ripe sweet plumy fruit flavours, hints of spice and pepper and a generous fleshy palate. The wine has good depth of colour and flavour intensity with firm structure suggesting that it will benefit from short to medium term cellaring while being soft and approachable in its youth allowing rewarding early consumption.
